The Oromo Irreechaa Festival board called a meeting to discuss about upcoming Irreechaas. The Oromo community of Minnesota agreed about the upcoming dates and times for the Mountain and Lake Irreechaa with the Irreechaa board members . The mountain irreecha will be celebrated on May, 31 2025 at East Phillips Park and the Lake Irreechaa on September 20th of 2025 at Powderhorn Park Minneapolis. The Oromo Irreechaa Festival board called on the Oromo people and friends to come to celebrate on both the Mountain and Lake Irreechaa on the dates above.
